I used to be a huge nerd.
I think it’s so funny, because all my close friends now lived such different lives in high school compared to me. They’ll talk about how they got suspended for drinking or how they smoked all the time and I’m just like “Yeah, I was straight edge… I didn’t get in trouble like that.”
They were all super into sports and I’m just sitting here like “Yeah, double lettered in speech and drama. Lettered in Choir and Band. Boom bitches.” Haha it makes me feel like SUCH a geek.
It’s hard for me to relate to them when they talk about “way back when”. I don’t have that kind of memory and I’ve floated from friend group to friend group with only a couple friends that I’ve actually kept serious friendships with since.
Maybe it’s because I’ve grown and changed so much that I can’t relate to people I was once close with. I’m not sure, it just bothers me sometimes.
I notice everything.
And by everything, I literally mean everything. I notice when someone stops hitting me up like they used to. I notice when the way someone talks to me starts changing. I notice the little things that people do, and the little things they used to do. I notice when things change, and when it’s no longer the same. I notice every single little detail. I just don’t say anything.

Solo Cups: Knowledge
I was curious about the lines on solo cups the other weekend and learned something amazing. This information should be taught in an intro class to all high schoolers and college students.
It turns out that the lines of the solo cup allows you to measure out a shot, a glass of wine, and a beer. This would have been ridiculously helpful during my partying years!
